David has over a decade of industry experience focused exclusively on the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors. Prior to Cofounding Tide Lock, David was a Director at G Squared Capital Partners, starting with the firm at inception. Prior to G Squared, David was a Vice President at the McLean Group. David holds a B.A. and M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. Austin Pace is a Cofounder at Tide Lock and has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. Austin has over a decade of industry experience focused exclusively on the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors.
